These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Anti-Hero Marketing website and the digital marketing services provided by Anti-Hero Marketing LLC.
1. Service Agreement
By engaging Anti-Hero Marketing LLC for services such as SEO, Pay-Per-Click management, or Content Creation, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or signed proposal. These web terms apply to general site usage.
2. Payment and Advertising Spend
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Service fees for agency management are due in advance of the service month.
- Advertising Spend: Payments to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) are the direct responsibility of the Client. Anti-Hero Marketing LLC is not responsible for funding ad accounts or for account suspensions caused by payment failures.
3. Intellectual Property
Campaign creative assets developed by Anti-Hero Marketing LLC specifically for the Client will become the property of the Client upon full payment of fees. However, Anti-Hero Marketing LLC retains the rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing code libraries.
4. Termination
Clients may terminate their service agreement according to the notice period specified in their MSA (typically 30 days). Anti-Hero Marketing LLC reserves the right to terminate access to the site or services for violations of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Anti-Hero Marketing LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contracts, goodwill, data, information, income, anticipated savings or business relationships, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any linked websites.
6. Changes to Terms
Anti-Hero Marketing LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
